EO-Support, the new web based system interfacing the EOHelp Team, is active since July 2011.

The system allows you to submit, access and monitor your service requests, service anomalies, suggestions and complaints.

In order to access the "EO-Support" system, you need to complete, if not already done, the registration process in the ESA Earth Observation centralised Single Sign-On (EO-SSO).
Your service requests submitted via EO-Support will be handled with higher priority with respect to the ones sent by e-mail.

The access and use of Envisat MERIS products are regulated by the ESA Data Policy and subject to the acceptance of the specific Terms & Conditions.
